Return and Exchange

You may return or exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise, minus shipping charges, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 10 days after the shipping date. Tag must not be removed from the garment. Color variations are not a valid reason for return considering that colors may vary from one computer to another.

There are no exchanges or returns on the following: clearance or special orders.

All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address, please complete and submit the Customer Service Request Form.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via an insured and traceable method.

Sales Tax

Islamic Fashion Center is based in the state of Florida, so if you live in the state of Florida, please allow for the addition of 6% sales tax to your order. This will be calculated at the final order stage, and will appear included in the total cost of your order.

Islamic Fashion Center store is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Online orders are accepted anytime. Please note that for questions regarding orders that have already been placed, our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
